1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Atlas Ballistics, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

Atlas Ballistics is provided for informational and calculated assistance in shooting sports and hunting. The accuracy of calculations depends on user inputs. You are solely responsible for ensuring safe and responsible firearm use based on the results provided by the application.

3. Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current cycle.

4. Liability Limitation

In no event shall Atlas Ballistics, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any ballistics data derived from it. Always verify data and observe all safety protocols.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will notify users of any significant changes to these terms.

User-Generated Content & Community Rules

Atlas Ballistics lets you record short videos of your shots on steel targets and post them to public leaderboards. When you post, share, or submit any content, these rules apply.

Zero tolerance. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any content or account that violates these rules may be removed without notice.

You may not post content that:

• Shows shooting at, toward, or near any person or animal
• Depicts unsafe, reckless, or illegal firearm handling
• Is violent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit
• Contains another person's private information, or anything you don't have the right to share
• Fakes or misrepresents a shot, distance, or result
• Violates any applicable law or firearm regulation

Reporting. Every shot and profile can be reported directly in the app, or by emailing support@atlasballistics.com. We review reports and remove violating content and the users who post it, typically within 24 hours.

Blocking. You can block any user from their profile in the app. A blocked user's content no longer appears to you.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. By posting, you grant Atlas Ballistics a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app and on our public share pages for as long as you keep it posted.

Age. You must be at least 18 years old to record, post, or share content.

Removal. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at any time for any violation of these rules.
