How it works
Open the Reticle Library and search for your scope by brand and model. Atlas covers the major optics brands and the reticles they ship, so you pick the exact reticle you see when you look through your scope, not a generic approximation.
Once your reticle is selected, Atlas renders the solve directly on it. Your elevation hold is drawn at the right stadia line and your windage hold at the right hash mark, with the orange dot placed where the target should sit. The text below tells you the hold in plain numbers and which line to use, so you can verify by eye before you dial or hold off.
Why it matters
Reading a reticle under time pressure is where small errors become misses. You count a hash mark wrong, you hold the wrong stadia, and the shot is off by a minute or more. Drawing the hold on the reticle you actually have removes that translation step entirely, you look, you match, you shoot.
